i hope you diets are going well.
just a few thoughts...everyone  has complaints about how bland the soup is, but the last three times iv done the CSD iv taken the tablets.
there 10 pounds from health food shops (holland and barretts is where i got mine) and u take them 3/4 times a day...3 tablets a time with either water, or your choice of low calorie low sodium soup. they smell awful and there pretty big for back of the tongue tablets but i cant imagine having to eat the soup and if your like me, you'll feel the same!
im on day 4. im no fan of milk or bananas so im having low fat yogurt and fruit, i hope this is ok as i have already lost 4/5 pounds in 3 days and im very proud of it.
but what about exercise?

I have not heard about CSD pills, that's interesting, but sounds like you are getting good results.

About the soup being bland, well what I did was put some cayenne pepper when I made the soup, and for an extra kick I press a fresh clove of garlic in a full bowl once per day, that way I am getting 1 clove of garlic a day.  I usually do this for my soup at dinner time.  The fresh garlic with the cayenne pepper really takes away any blandness!  I would recommend to everyone to add fresh garlic, it really makes it better!

And the yogurt and fruit, sounds good, probably non-fat plain yogurt would be best though, that is what I read about yogurt anyhow.

yeh i ate low fat yogurt and had kiwi fruit and grapes instead of bananas. i dont no how accurate it was but now iv lost 6 pounds in 4 days.
the tablets are really very handy and i would recommend them to all of you.
how well is everyone doing?

the pills sound great to me!  Can you get them on line... I live in Texas, would a GNC store carry them?

Hi, I am finally on day 7 and tomorrow will weigh myself for my final result.  I had plain rice for breakfast, half the world probably eats like that!  Not bad when you are hungry.  I must admit I am sick of the soup but I also doctored it up with fresh garlic and green ginger and cayanne pepper when I initially made it so it was not too bad.  Not sure about the pills though, I think the idea of the soup is to make it a diaretic plus fill you up when you are hungry, I cannot see a pill filling me up and on the first 3 days of the diet I had quite a bit of soup between meals when I was hungry.
