Hi,
I live in California. An hour North of Bakersfield and about 50 minutes South of Fresno. Beautiful view of the Sierra Nevada Mountain range to the East, and a 2 hour drive to the Central Pacific coastline. Overall a nice place to live......

Hi again wildbluecherry, I am on day 2, feeling a little light headed, and a little hungry. I panfried mushrooms capsicum and zucchini for breakfast, that was nice I am having a baked potato for lunch I am going to have a small one for lunch and another tonight. It may be cheating but its fairly within the rules.......me thinks!!......... I have not had the soup today yet but will a bit later. It turned out pretty good, I added a can of Heinz capsicum, tomato and herb soup and a packet of french onion soup mix to mine, Even my boyfriend liked it. I am going off the 7 day plan from this weeks NW magazine(you would probably be the onlyone on here that can get a copy) it includes skim milk or yoghurt and coffee and tea. Thats how i found this site.I am also a weight watchers member, I had lost 7 kilo, but just gained 2 over xmas(I go back to work next Monday) I needed something to kickstart my healthy eating!! My weigh in is tonight........dont want to get on them damn scales...lol.... If you want you can email me at: howtina@westnet.com.au also. cheers Tina

Hi everyone, I live on a small island in the Mediterranean called Gozo, I live in a village called Munxar. I work as a diving instructor so want to loose as much as I can before the summer season. I am on day one, and feeling a little hungry so going to have another bowl of soup in a min. Good luck to everyone, Rich

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share that I started this diet on Tuesday, the 2nd and I'm still going strong! It has been quite challenging but seems to get easier as I go. Yesterday was the toughest day for me because of the vegetables...I'm not a huge vegetable fan especially without dressing or dip. However, I do love fruit so that helps! Honestly, I am not a huge fan of the soup but I make myself eat it and the baked potato last night really hit the spot!! I am really looking forward to tomorrow so I can have bananas and skim milk!!

I'm in Chicago as well. DAY ONE, FOLKS!
I actually LIKE my soup...but from what I've heard my opinion will change in a few days. I added cumin and cayenne and I food processed the cabbage so it's super small. Wish me luck, I'll keep checking in!

I'm from Phoenix, Az. Day 3 for me too. I hungrier than I have been but it's not bad. I'm starting to have weird cravings, anybody else? I feel a lot better since being on the CSD. I also have been walking about 2 miles everyday.
Looking forward to tomorrow- bananas and skim milk. "Yum" Good Luck everyone

I'm from a small town in Texas, west of Houston. This is Day 1 for me...and boy, I must've really been over eating lately because about an hour ago I could have probably eaten my shoe if I could have gotten it to my mouth!!
Instead, I warmed up a bowl of cabbage soup and started reading this forum. Great motivation here! I wish everyone luck on the CSD and I know that Day 2 will be better because I just LOVE veggies........can't wait to try some of the ideas I saw on here!
In the meanwhile, I just keep saying....I "want2Bslim"...I "want2Bslim"

Central Georgia here. Day 3 and having steamed cabbage, bell pepper, celery and onions with soy sauce and a chicken bullion cube. It is delish. 2 and a half pounds this am.....Feeling better this morning too. Seems like that knot of fat on my diaphram is a lot smaller and I can breathe again. I am already dreaming of steak fajitas and pepper steak for the weekend and I can have meat. Chicken fajitas are good too even without the wrap. Keep strong..

I'm from Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria, Australia. Like the other Australians I have done weight watchers and lost the weight even got to goal but can't go back again until I get rid of what I put back on.
Great idea the tomato and onion for breakfast, actually tom, onion, eggplant and zucchini would be nice too. I have cheated and put a sprinkle of parmesan on my soup. I also added more vegies to it. Nothing bad tho'.
I like the incentive this site gives you to keep going.
