I am so inspired by you, my readers!  After my last post about healthy and inexpensive foods to choose, I received some great emails back.

I decided to round up another list of items that you should check out.

Here are more inexpensive and healthy items to add to your cart at the grocery store:

  • Brown rice
  • Whole wheat bread
  • Nonfat, plain flavored Greek yogurt
  • Oats
  • Russet potatoes
  • Spinach
  • Canned tuna
  • Whole wheat pita bread
  • Lentils
  • Dried Beans
