As I am reading all the posts, alot of questions have been answered but one....What do I do after day 7? Do I start all over agian, or can I do my atkins for a week then go back to the csd?Or, is there another variation of the csd that I can do? Can someone help a newbie please??? thanks

Hi evilnerd,

Many choose to do the diet continuously. They say if you don't lose more than 10 lbs in 1 week then its safe to continue. I like to do 3 weeks straight, then take a break eating sensibly.

The best bet is to do what YOU feel comfortable with.

Hi and welcome!

Any of the options you list would be fine. It just depends on what you are most comfortable with.

After Day 7, if you like the diet and the results, you could just begin again with Day 1 and do another round.

Or, if you want a break from the CSD, you could do Atkins for a week or two instead.

Or if you like the CSD but want something less restrictive, you could do the "New CSD" which allows bran flakes and milk or yogurt every day.

hi i had macdonalds after day seven, then started the diet again still lost 7 pounds that week but felt so much better knowing that a treat is coming.
