Make a smoothie with strawberries and soy milk or top with low-fat yogurt or Cool Whip. Smash them and eat them on toast – why not! I also make diet jello in bulk so I can layer fruit and yogurt or cottage cheese on top. It truly makes you feel stuffed!
Grapefruit and Blueberries for a delicious snack that is filling and so good for you! Blueberries are rich in heart healthy filling fiber and only contain 40 calories in a half cup along with 6 grams of carbs. A grapefruit has about 52 calories and is rich in Vitamin C and fiber. It is higher in carbs about 13 so you may only want to eat half at a time. The two mixed together make a tangy and filling snack.
