Harvest Time Means Pumpkin Smoothie Time

If you want to enjoy Autumn and need that Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte to do it then I’ve got a great low calorie smoothie for you to try! No guilt required!

Combine the following ingredients in a blender for your 100 calorie smoothie:
• 1/2 cup 100% pure pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup Lowfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
• 1/3 cup Silk Pure Unsweetened Almond Milk
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup crushed ice
• dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (check your pantry!)

Pour into a chilled glass and you have a delicious breakfast smoothie to start your day and it doesn’t burn up your daily calorie allotment! (Starbuck’s pumpkin latte is 380 calories – yikes!)
