Despite the summer heat I am still getting great weight loss emails from our Cabbage Soup Diet followers!
What is surprising is that most of the recent emails have been from men who have lost large amounts of weight! One of our male users (David F.) lost over 10 pounds in 3 days. He just did the first three menu days of the diet. When you have a busy summer life whether on vacation or at the office sometimes you can’t do the full 7 days. Another gentleman said every time he did the 7 day plan he would lose 10 pounds.
Not to discredit the ladies, as Janice T. of Fort Worth, Texas lost 9 pounds on the plan. Phyllis G. of Franklin, TN lost 7.5 pounds in one week. That’s pretty good for summertime as it’s often hard to get motivated in the heat. Phyllis said she would sometimes blend the soup and eat it chilled to give it some variety. She would top it off with some cilantro and chopped hot peppers for a spicy flair.
