Low Calorie Pumpkin Spice Topping

Pumpkin Spice Topping for Waffles and Pancakes and Fruit!

Catherine here,

Need to get into the Halloween decorating spirit? Well start your day with some waffles, pancakes, or fresh fruit topped with a delicious pumpkin spice low calorie topping that is easy to make.

For a delicious topping mix together the following:
1/4 cup of fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
3 packets of natural no-calorie sweetener
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and chill for one hour. Only 75 calories for the whole batch! Pancakes (3) are about 260 calories and waffles vary. I buy VANS power grain ones which contain 10g protein and are 100 calories each.

Make your regular waffles, pancakes or bowl of fresh cutup fruits. Then top with the delicious pumpkin topping. You will be ready to get the skeletons and pumpkins outside for a fun month of Halloween preparation.

If you do splurge on too many waffles and pancakes remember you can always do my trusty 7 Day Plan.
If you can’t possibly stick to a rigid 7 Day Plan of Cabbage Soup then do just the first 3 days – that’s it. The first three days will help you shed the belly bloat and inspire you to eat better.

Any left over soup is still good for lunch or a snack! Order my seasoning packets at www.cabbage-soup-diet.com.
