How many of you blew it on Mother’s Day and enjoyed everything that was loaded with calories? I’d be lying if I said I was good as we seriously had a 5 pound plus cheesecake from Costco’s at our house! Half is still remaining which is a good sign!

Quickie 3 Day Plan
If you do not have time for 7 days of soup and a menu plan then just do the first 3 days of the plan to get motivated to eat more fruit and veggies. I can always drop a few pounds in 3 days. I know everyone is different but for me it works.
